Day 104-Indonesia

Balian Beach, Bali

[Happy Buddha at Pondok Pitaya]

I’m realizing more and more that life isn’t necessarily about your physical journey, but your journey within. What you learn and observe in the outer world is often meaningless unless you’re able to integrate it into your own common sense and understanding. It’s one thing to observe but another to truly gain perspective. What I love most about being on the road is the constant stimulation. It’s not so much about the movement but how it forces you to change your perspectives, challenge your beliefs, and reevaluate the alignment of your actions with your values.

“A person susceptible to wanderlust is not so much addicted to movement as committed to transformation” -Pico Iyer
