[Last night at Room 4 Dessert]
As if the last few days haven’t been stimulating enough, we started our day with a Pranayama workshop. “Prana” refers to the breath or vital energy, and “yama” means to regulate or lengthen. Essentially, Pranayama is an ancient practice that helps control the flow of breathing.
What an intense, yet amazing experience! It’s incredible how the breath can get you in such a deep meditative state. This level of consciousness is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Sensory overload in the best way possible!
Off to Canggu for more adventures! We ended up dancing the night away at Old Man’s by the beach until the lights came. Life is a beautiful journey.
